Here at Synergy Jewelry, we pride ourselves on having top of the line equipment, unique chains and accessories. We are the leading permanent jewelry business in Michigan when it comes to quality charm and connector options. We currently offer sterling silver and 14k gold-filled chains and charms that can all be made into rings, bracelets, anklets and necklaces. It is important to us that all of our chains are sterling silver or gold-filled because they are tarnish resistant and will stay looking perfect for a long time.

No worries! When we weld your chain together, we will show you where the weld or jump ring is. That way, if you ever need to cut it off, you know exactly where with scissors or wire cutters. You can save your chain if it is cut at the weld/jump ring and have it soldered back on whenever you would like! Unfortunately if the chain is cut not at the jump ring or weld, it will not be salvageable.

It all starts by selecting a sterling silver or 14k gold-filled chain from a variety of styles.

Then, you have the option to choose from a selection of many different hand-picked charms and connectors to take your look to the next level.

After you have selected your chain and accessories, we size the chain to our suggested fit, apply a temporary clasp for you to test out the sizing, adjust it until you feel comfortable, then we weld the chain together with our top of the line equipment and tools to ensure long-lasting wear.

And just like that, you have a forever piece of effortless, claspless jewelry!

Unfortunately once the chain is cut, there are no refunds. All sales are final. Before we cut and weld, we size the chain to our suggested fit, apply a temporary clasp for you to test out the sizing, and adjust it until you feel comfortable and tell us yes! Our stylists will always ensure you approve before any work is done.

Most permanent jewelry comes off due to a lack of care, getting it caught or snagged on something, etc. Permanent jewelry does not mean indestructible. We are not responsible for misplaced, broken, or stretched jewelry. If something does happen, save your jewelry and we can try to repair it for you. Must have the original jewelry to repair. Fees may apply.

No appointments are necessary at our normal pop-up events! Feel free to come any time during our pop-ups, but please be aware we may cut the line off before our closing time to allow everyone who has been waiting to get in.

Not at all! You won't feel anything. Fitting the bracelet is the longest part of this process. From there with a little laser love, the teeniest puff of smoke, and a little swipe of final polishing by hand you'll be good to go in minutes. 

No, it will not! Metal detectors don't pick up on jewelry metals any longer. Permanent jewelry is TSA approved!

All of our chains are either 14k gold-filled or 925 sterling silver, but the pricing goes up for our more unique, thicker, or intricate chains.

We prioritize clarity and safety above all else. We comply with U.S. federal regulations, particularly those outlined by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). That is why our experience is for ages 13 or older.
