Here at Synergy Jewelry, we hand-make all of our pieces and take pride in our craftsmanship. We use quality metals such as 14k gold-filled and .925 sterling silver, to ensure longevity. Most other jewelry makers do not weld jump rings together, resulting in broken clasps and charms falling off - so sad. However, we use a pulse arc welder (TIG) on all of our jewelry so each finding is secure.

Store your jewelry, especially sterling silver, in an air-tight container when not being worn. Oxygen, moisture and other chemicals are what will tarnish or dull metals. If you’re not going to be wearing a piece for awhile, don’t leave it sitting out. A small ziplock bag works great!

Regular cleaning is essential to prevent tarnish and maintain your jewelry's shine. For 14k gold-filled jewelry or .925 sterling silver, a gentle jewelry cleaner (we recommend Shinery products) or mild soap, like Dawn, and water will suffice. Use a soft toothbrush to clean intricate details and crevices. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using paper towels, as they can scratch the silver. Instead, use a jewelry polishing cloth. Speaking of jewelry polishing cloths, most of the time just using the cloth will make your jewelry shine again!

Although only work with the highest quality precious metals so you can wear your pieces every day, we do recommend your jewelry does not come in contact with the following: harsh chemicals, cleaning products, and prolonged exposure to chlorine.

Yes! No turning your skin green over here! We only use .925 sterling silver and 14k gold-filled, which are all nickel-free.

14k gold-filled jewelry is a thick layer of solid 14 karat gold that is heat and pressure bonded to a center core of high quality jeweler’s brass. With proper care, it will last just as long as solid 14 karat gold. Gold-filled pieces can still tarnish, but it takes special circumstances for that to happen. Pure gold doesn’t tarnish, so the thick layer of 14 karat gold on gold-filled pieces prevents tarnishing.

That small, square black piece of paper is an anti-tarnish slip. We put them in every order to ensure fantastic quality from the time the piece of jewelry is made until it's delivered to you!

We offer both standard and expedited shipping for our customers.

Expedited orders placed before 2 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped same day. All orders placed after 2 p.m. EST on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Standard shipping will be delivered via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping will be delivered by UPS 2nd Day Air.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
